Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchased furniture. You must contact our team within 14 days at service@pediapals.com or call +1 (888) 733-4272 You will receive email confirmation for your return confirmation. The items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or pick up.

All parts of product that required to change or return, has to be sent back with original packaging as we delivered and there should not be any missing items or impairments inside or outside of original packages.

Please note that you are responsible for any delivery charges incurred in shipping the item back as well as original outbound shipping cost. Restocking fee of 25% will be applied to any approved returns submitted not in original packaging. 

After package arrival, experts will do inspection on packages and items. During inspection, in case any absence, or impairments are detected, determined amount are deducted from refunding amount.
